Refund Policy
At AnimationEZ.com, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our services. Our refund policy is designed to provide clarity and fairness in refund requests.
In any event, any deposited funds for a project shall not be subject to refund after revisions or approval is provided on the storyboard animation unless AnimationEZ cancels or terminates your Contract for a reason other than your breach or non-performance.
All refund requests will be processed according to the following guidelines:
Refund Eligibility:
Requests made before the initial concepts for a service are offered are eligible for a full refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
Requests made within 48 hours of the initial delivery are eligible for a 66% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
Requests made between 48 to 120 hours of the initial delivery are eligible for a 33% refund (less a 10% service & processing fee).
No refund requests will be entertained after 120 hours of the initial delivery, but customers are encouraged to contact us with any concerns for potential resolution.
No refund requests will be entertained if the customer has not taken action within 30 days after placing the order. However, reactivation of animation orders may be possible with an additional fee depending on the project.
Final Deliverables and Revisions:
No refund requests will be entertained after the final files have been delivered.
For video animation packages, all refund requests will become null & void once the initial animation is successfully delivered.
Our Fair Usage Policy applies to revision requests, with customers entitled to three rounds of revisions during the production phase.
Revisions will only be entertained before client approval of the previous stage. Major changes after approval will not be covered under provided revisions.
Process and Communication:
All refund requests must be communicated to the support department.
Animation ez reserves the right to approve or disapprove refund requests based on individual circumstances and adherence to the user agreement.
Valid refund reasons must align with the animation brief and customer feedback for revisions. Refunds will not be granted unless a concept has not been animated according to the brief.
Money Back Guarantee and Client Responsibility:
Our money-back guarantee is based on good faith. Placing animation orders with multiple agencies for the same job with the intention to claim a refund is not considered good faith.
Customer involvement and feedback are essential for achieving desired results at every step of the animation process.
Our 100% unique animation guarantee entitles customers to a re-do if our delivered product is found to be considerably similar to any existing animation. However, animation ez does not accept responsibility or claims for compensation if any resemblance is coincidental.
